Tickets are sold by Enfield Presents, a department of the London Borough of Enfield.
By purchasing a ticket by telephone, over the counter, online or via an agency, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale.
Tickets may be purchased online at www.enfieldpresents.co.uk by telephone on 020 8807 6680, by post or in person over the counter. Please check your ticket details carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking has been confirmed.

Box Office Opening Times
Monday -Saturday 10am-5pm
We are closed Bank Holidays. We may operate reduced opening times in August.
Booking by post/in person
For your safety and security you will be asked to provide your name, address, postcode, email address and a telephone number. If you wish to pay by cheque, please make it payable to ‘London Borough of Enfield’ and provide an appropriately stamped addressed envelope if you wish your tickets to be posted, or you can collect them from Box Office at no extra charge
We accept payment by cash, cheque, Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron and Solo. We do not accept American Express.
Tickets may be reserved in advance and can be held without payment for up to 5 days by which time payment must be made to confirm the booking or tickets will be released.
Offers & Discounts
From time to time we may make additional special offers in addition to those published in brochures or on our website. We are unable to refund the difference for those who have booked prior to these offers being released.
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled.
We are sometimes contracted to sell tickets for other organisations hiring our spaces or for events at other venues. We may contact you about these events, but we will not give your personal information to any third parties. As a department of the London Borough of Enfield we may occasionally contact you about Council related news or events.
