Q: Do I have to register for an account before booking onto a course?
A: Yes and any children/adults you intend to book also.
Q: Can I/my child so a trial session?
A: Unfortunately due to health & safety reasons we cannot allow a participant that hasn’t registered to take part in the session. We do welcome any prospective participants to view a session to get a feel for whether they want to continue with a booking, if this is something you’re interested with please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details.
Q: The course has already started; can I still book on after the start date?
A: Yes you can book on at any time throughout the term. To book on once the course has started please contact the Box Office on ………..
Q: I am going on holiday / I don’t want to do the course anymore can I have a refund?
A: Refunds are provided for individuals with a medical reason only. You must provide evidence in a letter or medical note before issuing a refund. Customer will need to provide bank details for this. Refunds can also be provided when the Council cancels a course. For further information please email email@example.com
Q: a session on my course was cancelled last term, how can I get a credit for this?
A: please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss
Q: I booked on last term, do I need to re-book onto this terms course?
A: Yes every participant must re-book for every term they want to attend
Q: Do I need to take confirmation of my booking/payment to the course with me?
A: Yes a copy of the email confirming your place will have to be shown to the coach.#
Q: How do I know if there’s a space left on the course?
A: If the course is fully booked the website page will state this when you go to book
Q: My child is under/over the age specified in the course details can I still book them on?
A: unfortunately our age parameters are put in place for health & safety reasons and must be adhered to. If you child is older than the age specified we can occasionally make exceptions so please contact email@example.com to see if this is feasible
Q: What should I/my child wear and is equipment provided?
A:All equipment is provided unless otherwise stated on the course information. You/your child should wear appropriate comfortable clothing/footwear for sport and physical activity should be worn.
Q: Can I watch my child’s session?
A: During term time courses we allow the parent to stay for the first and last session, however ask that for the remainder of the term they leave the facility so that the child can concentrate on learning the sport/activity. During holiday programmes we give parents the choice whether they want to stay or not. Please not for all tots programmes aged 3-5yrs a parent must always be present and are not permitted to leave.
