Swimming is an excellent method of exercise and guarantees a hassle-free, relaxed experience. We are offering an Over 50s swimming course, commencing on 11 September, aimed for competent swimmers with the capability of swimming lengths. By coming along to this course, you can improve your stroke technique and general swimming skills, thanks to a qualified coach who will be at hand throughout the sessions.
